Continuing Education
It is our policy that every White Lightning Electric, Inc. employee works under the safest possible conditions. This is why it is our policy that all employees participate in continuous education. Education is necessary to make sure we keep up with the latest code changes as well as technology and equipment. Technology is constantly changing and our employees make sure you (our customers) are the ones who benefit from these advances. White Lightning Electric, Inc. strictly adheres of all code requirements and regulations and keeps documentation to prove it.
White Lightning takes a proactive approach to promoting safety in the work place. Safety is at the core of all we do and so we instill company-wide practices all employees are required to follow. These go well beyond the standard new hire safety orientation for our electricians. Our company safety meetings bring the owner, project managers and electricians together to discuss safety concerns and possible solutions.
